Each new project begins with our diagnostics phase, known as Discovery. This introductory engagement allows us to apply our expertise to your specific situation over a fixed, short-term timeframe. Discovery gets everybody involved on the same page by mapping out the highest priority business objectives and outlining the best approach for achieving them.
The majority of our Discoveries are scheduled over a one-week period and consist of at least two in-person meetings ranging from 60-90 minutes a piece. If possible, we prefer to have these take place at your office – really helps us get familiar with your work environment. If meeting at your location is not possible, we have a space at our office in Eastpointe that works great.
Discovery starts at $1000 and can vary depending on the size and situation of your organization. This amount is able to be credited towards the total cost included in your proposal.
We work from a framework versus a strict process when moving through Discovery. The differences from business-to-business and from family-to-family require us to be flexible in our approach in order to produce the best results. A few factors that will help shape the framework for your Discovery include:
- Status of current online presence: website content, visual design, positioning, calls-to-action
- Firm’s overall use of digital: marketing & sales, customer support
- Existing brand guidelines: visual identity, website language
- Industry & services offered: competitive landscape, market position, industry trends
